Service(s): Branding and Graphic Design

Every year, Red Ventures plans a company-wide conference called Culture Fest. This 3-day event entertains and informs over 3,000 employees with business updates, outsourced speakers, musicians, and entertainment. It brings employees from across the world and offers an experience that becomes the highlight of their time with the company.

Branding

The Ask:

We needed to create a theme that would cultivate excitement for employees and guests alike, curating a space that would leave them in awe. With the tagline, “The Future Is Now” we solidified our commitment to growth as a company and developed a theme that could easily be executed with flair.

Event Design

The Experience:

Once the branding was nailed down, I designed the main arena where the event was taking place. With the wide walkways, large columns, and high ceiling atrium, there was a lot of room to cover. We wanted our employees to leave with inspiration, a swag bag and a phone full of pictures to brag about.

Graphic Design

No one has swagger like us:

No event can be a success without some swag. With employees visiting from around the world, we had to show our appreciation in a way that encompassed our event as a whole and left our attendees in awe.  Our canvas swag bags came complete with digitally printed booklet name tags, enamel pins, t-shirts, bags, and matching lanyards. Carefully organized for easy pick up when they walked in the first day of the event.

More Than a Name-tag:

This 7-page portable booklet became a staple for our event. It contained the attendee’s name, where they’re from, a map of the arena, event schedule, and seating arrangements for each day on the back of the label. We had no wandering attendees due to this handy dandy journal-majig . For easy access, all they had  to do is look down and flip through the booklet. This helped discourage taking the lanyard off and prevent it from being lost. No stress or struggle to find the restroom, just look down and flip!
