Brand Refresh

Where strategy meets craftmanship

Since its inception in 2007, Caring has helped millions of seniors and caregivers get the help they need, but there seemed to be a disconnect with its previous brand messaging and assets. We conducted a strategy analysis to determine where those gaps existed and identified where brand messaging and strategy would fit into our new look and feel.

The main priority is revitalizing the brand to look fresh and approachable while standing out from its competitors in the senior care space. Common traits we made sure to avoid are illegible cursive, complex messaging, and bad stock photography. We wanted to focus on the patient's journey, meet them where they are now, and add value to the days ahead.

In all, we created a brand that reflects a trustworthy service with reviews to back it up, emphasizing quality care, reliability, longevity, and security.
